  I've had my HS928WA blower for over 11yrs. now and have put it through its paces.
  
  It starts easily, runs great with a ton of torque, shoots the snow a mile and is a dream to own.
  
  I've gone through quite a few shear pins, but I agree it is well designed so as not to allow any of the moving parts to break.
  
  The only suggestions I have are that I wish I would have bought the one with tracks instead of wheels due mainly to loss of traction under certain conditions and it needs to come stock with a light (should be thrown-in for the price). For some reason I end up blowing snow 80% of the time in the dark!!
  
  I would highly recommend this machine...it BLOWS!!
