Brute 27" duel stage snow blower
By William Specht(Owner), Jan. 13, 2011I own a Brute 29" and it truly lived up to its name, I recently purchased the 27" for my daughters home and have been just as satisfied with it's performance. -
brute
By Joe Quinlisk(Owner), Jan. 22, 2011Looks like a very heavily built blower.I liked the ski pads over the mtd blowers. The skids are alot heavier.Engine fires up very easily whether its electric or pull start. The blades on the brute looked to be heavier than the mtd I was comparing it to. The whole snow blower just looked better built and more rugged to me.. -
brute 27"
By Jim(Owner), Feb. 3, 2011Starts good. Seems to have plenty of power. Went through pile of snow at the end of the driveway after an 18" snowfall fairly well. The drive system doesn't always engage. Thought that maybe the cable needed adjustment, however even after I took some of the slack out of the cable it still didn't work right. Seems to get worse after the machine gets warm. Only by repeatedly engaging and disengaging drive does it get it to work. Also I have had the drive cable fall out of the notch a couple of times. -
Properly named, BRUTE
By Robb wing(Owner), Jul. 22, 2011We live up in northern Illinois. I had just bought a new smaller snowblower when we moved up here. I put up with that for 1 season. This snowblower is the best! 4 inches, 8 inches, 12 inches of snow, it just doesn't care. Throws it 20-30 ft. Its almost fun waiting for the next snow fall. Almost. -
Awesome machine
By Oz(Owner), Mar. 6, 2013This is one of the best snow throwers I've ever owned. I've had Sears, Toro's, etc. The BRUTE is just that...a brutal powerful snowthrower that starts on the first of a slight pull manually or with the nice electric start. -
lovin it
By hank(Owner), Nov. 21, 2013this is by far the best snowthrower I have ever owned. it starts easy and runs perfect. I love the hands free and the electric chute rotation..plus it has dual trigger steering....can I say wow...its the best bang for your buck...great job building a affordable snowthrower. -
27" brute snowblower
By Carl(Owner), Feb. 10, 2015I purchased this unit in 2008. .Starts very easy and works great. Throws snow a good distance. Had no real problems with it only shere pins and few bolts come lose. its powerful very satisfied with its overall performance. -
Perfect
By steve(Owner), Oct. 15, 2016Live in ohio and this thing is a brute ;-)
seriously it works perfect for what my needs are, fairly long drive way and depending on the depth I can buzz through it quick enough that I wanna go do some neighbors for fun.
