JD 827E
By no name nodak(Owner), Sep. 12, 2011The flighting on this thing sucks! Bent on some hardpack pushed over by the snowplow. Warning weak flighting!
I bought it new and the thing would slip in reverse preventing you from backing it up a hill.
The engine is good on power and starts great at all temps.
I have only used it about four times now but find it to be kinda chinsty in most regards. -
827E snow blower
By Jan Schultz(Owner), Dec. 23, 2012Just purchased this blower used only 1 year old. Had taken my older one in for repairs (10 years old)saw this one and made a deal got it home and so far working great easy to use has electric start but started on first pull. Throws snow farther than my other blower. Was heavy snow that I was blowing. Hopfully as reliable as my last one. -
Great Piece of Machinery!!
By Bryan Keibel(Owner), Jan. 7, 2013Just picked up this snowblower for my brand new house. The dual stage really helps throw the snow out away from my driveway and the electric start makes starting the blower a dream. The dual stage augers are metal, as well as the chute. There is almost no plastic on this snowblower, unlike other name brands. It's a shame that John Deere doesn't continue to make these, because this snowblower lives up to the name that most have learned to trust. -
made the job fun
By Bryan(Owner), Jan. 7, 2014Just bought this well designed machine this morning. We had 8 to 10" of snow last night and snow drifts from 2-4' high. I was able to cut through the snow like butter. Self propelled transmission worked great. Excellent power and easy to manuever. The only thing I am not crazy about is on this model it does have electric start but it has to be plugged into a standard 110 volt outlet in order to use it. So count on using the pull cord if there is no outlets near by. But honestly it started on the first pull almost every time without even priming the engine. -
Excellent Mchine
By Pat(Owner), Mar. 16, 2015I've had this snow blower for 3 years. Never a problem, starts on the first pull and does the job in a New England environment. -
Unbelievable
By Lamberto Flores(Owner), Jan. 24, 2016I've owned this snowblower for 5 years now and never regretted it. It cuts through the snow like butter! It's also very user-friendly. I love how you can direct the height and direction of where you want to blow the snow from the control panel between the handles. You'll never have to stop what you're doing and manually adjust it up front. The tires can be driven simultaneously or individually. Being able to unlock the linkage between the two wheels makes it easier to maneuver when putting it away. You won't go wrong if you buy this snowblower.
