DON'T PURCHASE
By John M Alexander(Owner), Jan. 5, 2016I purchased this machine from a reputable well known dealer, since that time the machine has been returned no less than 8 times with multiples of serious problems. Beginning with a needle valve problem in the carb. From there, I used it for 10 minutes and the machine literally fell apart, mechanic said there were many missing parts, Then fixed, another 10 minutes of use and the machine was unable to handle snow without stalling out...checked out again by the dealer...found a bunch of other issues. Fixed once more, I used it for about 20 minutes and the chute jammed and broke...dealer said they would pick it up and fix it...never heard from them again...except the mechanic called it an absolute POS, I should have purchased an Ariens. Machine has been sitting for a year, engine runs fine, but it's in unusable condition as a snowblower... a $2,000.00 piece of absolute junk perhaps best suited for a flower pot.
